These spacious grounds are situated on 1.8 acres of land that also features a private, full-size, fenced tennis / Pickle Ball court. For the boater enthusiasts, enjoy docking your boat/yacht in your private, deep-water dock.
This 4000 square foot home is perfect for entertaining and accommodating all your friends and family. This home offers four large bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Located on the main floor are three bedrooms; one of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The over-sized Master suite, which is located on the top floor, features his and hers walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, large walk-in shower with multiple spray heads, his and her sinks and vanities and private toilet with bidet. The Master bedroom also features an en-suite sitting/reading area with beautiful Bay and Inter-coastal panoramic views.
The formal dinning room features an eight person dinning table with unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. The fully stocked, large Chef kitchen, built for entertaining, comes with: a six burner Viking gas stove, flat top grill, two ovens and pot filling faucet. This eat in kitchen also features granite counter tops throughout, with two dishwashers, large Viking freezer/refrigerator ice maker with a second under the counter refrigerator, and a four seat marble top table. This kitchen also has a dual side wood-burning fireplace with a flat screen TV on top of the mantel.
The spacious living room offers unobstructed Bay and Inter-coastal views. This room is beautifully decorated and it also features a wood-burning fireplace for those chilly nights with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The living room, as well as the eat-in kitchen, have disappearing sliding doors which lead to the enclosed, outdoor patio and private pool.

Summary: Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful vacation home. The pool was delightful, the gourmet kitchen was out of this world, the tennis court was a treat, and all the rooms were clean, organized and inviting. The location on LBI was great, as the beach was a short walk away. The house was well equipped with whatever one might need to have a comfortable stay. We Hope to be able to come back next year.

Summary: My family had such a great time staying at this home. We had our dog with us as well. The beach is a pretty short walk, with no one at it when we went. The kitchen was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed cooking in it. We look forward to staying here again!

Summary: Amazing property, location and best beach in surrounding area. Wonderful vacation with my family and I. Fully stocked home ( expect to buy your own everyday amenities), with great sunrise view from Master bedroom, good fishing from the dockside and excellent pickle ball court. Really nice private beach for neighborhood just 7min walk away. We would most definitely return!!

Summary: This property is beautiful, fun and relaxing. We fished off the dock, played in the pool and a short, quick walk to the beach. House was great for us and our adult children/spouses. We never felt cramped or unable to gather together. Kitchen is AWESOME! Carlos was AWESOME!

Summary: Overall a beautiful property and will consider coming back again! The house was very comfortable for the entire family. All the bathrooms had showers, the bedrooms were ample, the dining room accommodated all of us at once, the kitchen was large and the pool was beautiful. The company taking care of the property was also excellent and very responsive. We had a problem connecting to the internet, and it was resolved in a day. I would recommend this property for family get-togethers. It was a lovely stay!

Summary: We were thrilled with our stay. The property was exactly as pictured and the home accommodated our family perfectly! We love to cook, and the kitchen was our hang-out spot. We loved having the covered pool and access to fishing at the dock. Temperatures were very hot while we were there so our pickle ball games were limited to early in the morning, but it was so nice to have the court available. Close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Summary: Spent a week with family at this vacation home. The house was very spacious and clean and an easy walkable distance from the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor space, mostly the pool. Very close to restaurants and the grocery store which made for a laid back and relaxing week!

Summary: It was so nice to have access to the bay from the property. We were easily able to use our paddle boards every day from the jet ski platform. We also enjoyed bike riding, pickelball, and walks to the beach. Carlos was wonderful with communication and even provided a crib for our granddaughter. I highly recommend this property.
